Our only accomodation that isn't on site, 1 Church Cottage is situated in Marldon, a semi-rural village with a highly regarded public house, ancient church and useful village stores and the well regarded Marldon Primary School. The property is situated within easy access to Newton Abbot and Totnes with their mainline railway stations. Torquay has a large hospital and highly regarded Grammar Schools. The Independent private Stover School is also accessible as is Dartmoor and the South Devon coastline.
The first of our newly constructed holiday lodges. Nestled amongst hundreds of Nordmann Fir Christmas trees, The Nordmann lodge boasts exquisite views over Dartmoor. Witness beautiful sunsets in the heart of the South Devon countryside whilst you relax in luxury in our first guest lodge.
